Our staff is able to count on their team members to help in any situation that may arise. We accomplish this by giving all Discover Magical Moments employees a voice in how their classrooms are put together and how their daily classroom schedule is created. All Staff and Directors have an open door policy. Our staff is highly trained and ensures the safety of each classroom by performing daily safety checklists.
