Our staff has a trusting, supportive, and positive relationship in each classroom as well as throughout the Center. We believe that quality child care is dependent on education, experience, and a staff committed to working with children and their families. We take pride in hiring and retaining the best qualified personnel. Everyone at Discover Magical Moments Daycare works as a team to make sure each day is a success. Each family is a valued part of our daycare center and we encourage an open communication system between parents and teachers.
Our team is able to count on their team members to help in any situation that may arise. We accomplish this by giving all Discover Magical Moments employees a voice in how their classrooms are put together and how their daily classroom schedule is created. All Staff and Directors have an open door policy. Our staff is highly trained and ensures the safety of each classroom by performing daily safety checklists.
